2019年3月21日，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）投票決定對(duì)特定半導(dǎo)體器件，集成電路和包含該器件的消費(fèi)產(chǎn)品（Certain Semiconductor Devices, Integrated Circuits,and Consumer Products Containing the Same）啟動(dòng)337調(diào)查（調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1149）。

　　2019年2月15日，美國(guó)Innovative Foundry Technologies LLC向美國(guó)ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請(qǐng)，主張對(duì)美出口、在美進(jìn)口和在美銷(xiāo)售的該產(chǎn)品侵犯了其專(zhuān)利權(quán)（美國(guó)注冊(cè)專(zhuān)利號(hào) 6,583,012、6,797,572、7,009,226、7,880,236、9,373,548），請(qǐng)求美國(guó)ITC發(fā)布有限排除令、禁止令。

　　美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)將于立案后45天內(nèi)確定調(diào)查結(jié)束期。除美國(guó)貿(mào)易代表基于政策原因否決的情況外，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)在337案件中發(fā)布的救濟(jì)令自發(fā)布之日生效并于發(fā)布之日后的第60日起具有終局效力。
